About Us
We Began as an Air Freight Forwarder
Associated Global Systems was founded in 1958 as Associated Air Freight and operated primarily as a domestic and international air freight forwarder. AGS found a niche in offering highly personalized and flexible services that were otherwise not available by its competitors.
Early on, the company’s service distinction was bolstered by guaranteeing pickup within 60 minutes, any time of day in the New York area. AGS’ dedication to flexibility, customization to meet customers’ needs and continuance of the highest quality service standards have been a major factor in our success.
Our mission is to serve our customers as their logistics and transportation partner – worldwide. We lead with service and value for our customers’ supply chain while reducing unnecessary costs, and will do “Whatever It Takes” to meet and exceed their service standards. Our forward focus is to remain flexible and innovative to adapt to ever-changing global market conditions.
